This renovation was a chance to refocus a San Francisco home around its greatest asset: a breathtaking view of the city.

In place of a leaky facade and clunky old patio doors, we installed two 12′ x 8′ sliding doors, creating a floor-to-ceiling wall of glass that frames the cityscape. A small pass-and-peak-through window was placed in the kitchen as a link to the living room, affording more light and one more angle from which to take in the view.
